Any preliminary cost estimates, ballpark figures, or price ranges shown on the website or provided during initial consultations are approximate only and based on typical project parameters. These figures do not account for site-specific challenges, custom design requests, premium material selections, or changes in market conditions affecting labor and supply costs. Final pricing will be determined only after a thorough site survey, finalized design selections, and preparation of a detailed quotation or contract. All estimates remain valid for a limited period (usually 30 days) unless otherwise stated. Price increases may occur due to fluctuations in material costs, currency exchange rates (for imported items), or government regulations. Clients should understand that remodeling projects frequently involve unforeseen conditions discovered during demolition or construction phases.
Payment schedules for all remodeling and renovation projects are clearly defined in the signed project contract and typically follow industry-standard milestone-based structure. An initial deposit is required upon contract signing to secure materials, permits (if applicable), and scheduling priority. Subsequent progress payments are due upon completion and client approval of clearly defined project stages such as demolition, rough framing, plumbing/electrical rough-in, drywall finishing, and final installations. The final payment is due upon substantial completion, final walkthrough, and issuance of any required certificates or warranties. All payments must be made using the methods specified in the contract. Late payments may incur interest charges and could delay project progress or material deliveries.
Any modification to the agreed scope, design, materials, timeline, or specifications after the contract is signed must be documented through a formal written change order signed by both the client and our company representative. Change orders will detail the nature of the requested change, any impact on project cost, and any adjustment to the completion schedule. Additional costs resulting from client-requested changes, including labor, materials, extended overhead, and potential subcontractor re-scheduling fees, will be borne by the client. Changes requested by the client that reduce scope or simplify work may not necessarily result in proportional cost reductions due to fixed overhead and mobilization expenses already incurred. We reserve the right to refuse changes that would compromise safety, building codes, structural integrity, or our professional standards.
We provide a limited workmanship warranty on all remodeling and renovation projects as detailed in the signed contract, typically covering defects in installation and craftsmanship for a period ranging from one to five years depending on the scope of work. This warranty applies only to work performed by our company or our approved subcontractors under our direct supervision. Manufacturer warranties on materials, fixtures, appliances, and equipment are passed through to the client and governed by the original product warranty terms. We are not responsible for failures caused by improper use, inadequate maintenance, normal wear and tear, accidents, natural disasters, or modifications made by parties other than ourselves. Cosmetic issues such as minor settling cracks, paint touch-ups, or slight color variations after installation are generally excluded from warranty coverage.
Clients are responsible for providing safe, unobstructed, and continuous access to the work area throughout the duration of the remodeling project. This includes clearing personal belongings, moving furniture, disconnecting utilities when required, and ensuring pets and children are kept away from active construction zones for safety reasons. Clients must obtain and pay for any necessary permits, approvals, or inspections required by local authorities unless explicitly stated otherwise in the contract. Utilities (water, electricity, gas, internet) must remain functional and accessible during working hours unless previously agreed shutdowns are scheduled. Clients should anticipate noise, dust, and temporary disruption to normal household routines during renovation work.
Our total liability arising from any remodeling project, website information, or related services shall be limited to the total contract value paid by the client for the specific project in question. Under no circumstances shall we be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of use of the property, loss of business opportunity, additional living expenses, emotional distress, or damage to personal property beyond the immediate work area. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions in the property that become apparent during renovation work unless directly caused by our negligence. Liability for any third-party claims, fines, or penalties arising from client-provided information, permits, or site conditions shall rest with the client.
